本课题组致力于集成合成高分子和生物高分子的独特基元和设计理念,发展具有不寻常结构和性质的精密结构大分子,并探索其在生物医药领域的应用。具体研究项目包括:
- 蛋白质拓扑工程及其生物医学应用;
- 巨型分子杂化体系的精准合成、可控组装和功能化;
- 生物大分子的催组装和系统化学。
